In 2021, Thach That district continues to focus on improving the quality of cultural titles; building a cultural environment by practical and specific activities with depth; building a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, festivals, and movement contents with the implementation of codes of conduct, etc.; thereby promoting the development of extensive and sustainable movements, creating a cultural environment healthy, abundant, contributing to economic development, political stability, social order and safety.
In 2021, Thach That district sets the target of 88.6% of families to be recognized and maintain the title of Cultural family; 81% of villages were recognized and kept the title of Cultural Village; 80% of residential groups maintain the title of cultural quarters; 91% of agencies, units and enterprises were recognized and kept the title of “Cultural standard agency”, “Cultural standard unit”, “Cultural standard enterprise”; 100% of communes maintain the title of Commune meeting new rural cultural standards.
To achieve the set targets, Thach That district has set out guidelines and solutions to mobilize all resources and forces, promote solidarity, promote the implementation and improve the quality of the Movement. “All people unite to build cultural life”. In which, propaganda is maintained and promoted by the district in many forms such as visual propaganda through leaflets, leaflets, publications on the contents of the movement; maintain a propaganda team in the locality. Propaganda and mobilization of cadres, party members and people to well implement a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, festivals and birthday celebrations, associated with specific measures in the process of implementing the movement, ensuring ensure efficiency, avoid formality and waste.
In improving the quality of the title “Cultural family”, the district advocates innovating the contents and forms of activities to achieve the goal of building a prosperous, equal, progressive, happy and sustainable family; strengthen the content of moral education and lifestyle in the family. Include the criteria for the implementation of the Code of Conduct in public places in the annual criteria for commenting and recognizing cultural families.
The construction of “Cultural Villages”, “Cultural Residential Groups” is associated with the implementation of the program to build new rural areas and civilized cities. In addition, the district is also interested in investing resources in building and perfecting the system of grassroots cultural institutions. In particular, the district focuses on upholding the roles and responsibilities of heads of agencies, units and organizations in directing, managing and implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals; firmly deal with violations. Continue to perform well the organization and management of the festival in 2021 to ensure safety, thrift and civility.
Along with that, Thach That district also organizes instructions to inspect the formulation, implementation, amendment and supplementation of village conventions and conventions; promote progressive customs and practices; supplement the content of civilized and progressive weddings and funerals, and encourage the practice of cremation; the contents of implementing the Code of Conduct in public places; eliminate, not apply illegal contents, contrary to customs, outdated practices and do not ensure gender equality, showing discrimination against women in village conventions and conventions; organize the inspection and evaluation of the implementation of the convention in villages and residential quarters in the district.

Through the effective implementation of the “All people unite to build a cultural life” movement, it also improves the leadership effectiveness of Party committees at all levels, and the effectiveness of the government’s state management; the directing and guiding role of the Steering Committees at all levels; regular and close coordination between the Fatherland Front and mass organizations; promote the sense of voluntariness and self-discipline of officials and people and the self-governing role of the community; create a synchronous mechanism for sustainable development.
