Models of “Green-Clean-Beautiful-Civilized-Safe” Historic Sites and Alleys in Long Bien
On the morning of August 12, 2023, at Cu Dong Communal House, Group 1, Thach Ban Ward, Long Bien District, an unveiling ceremony was held for the Models of the “Green-Clean-Beautiful-Civilized-Safe” Cu Dong Communal House Historic Site and Alleys.

In this regard, the Cu Dong Communal House historic site has been embellished by the Historic Site Management Subcommittee and the Group with flower planting, installation of three security cameras, and fire extinguishers. Simultaneously, flowerpots along the alleys of the Group were decorated, and the residents were encouraged to enhance the facades of their houses, strictly adhere to the public code of conduct, and comply with the regulations of the Group.
To realize this model, besides the determination of the residents, there has been support from various committees, departments, organizations, and enthusiastic individuals. In a short time, party members, union members, and members of various social organizations have mobilized the people to contribute funds. Particularly, the Veterans’ Association and Women’s Union of the Group each devoted more than 30 working days to participate in overall sanitation, refurbishment of the Cultural House, and perfecting various models.

During the unveiling ceremony, the People’s Committee of Thach Ban Ward announced the decision to recognize the Models of the “Green-Clean-Beautiful-Civilized-Safe” historic site and alleys and awarded a support fund of VND 300 thousand for each model to Group 1.
Previously, in June 2023, Group 1 of Thach Ban Ward introduced the model of a Fire Prevention and Fighting Alliance. The Party Cell and the Group mobilized over 50% of households to install security cameras, and over 50% of households equipped fire extinguishers, actively participating in fire prevention and fighting propaganda and training.
The Models of the “Green-Clean-Beautiful-Civilized-Safe” historic site and alleys in Group 1 is also a model marked by the People’s Committee of Thach Ban Ward to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Long Bien District.
