Ba Vi tourism opening ceremony in 2022 with the topic “Ba Vi with green – safe experience” at Ao Vua tourist area.
The land of Ba Vi has long been known as the ancient land of Xu Doai, endowed by nature with an ecological and charming landscape. Thinking about Ba Vi, visitors immediately think of a land rich in tourism potential in terms of ecology – relaxation and characterized by national identity.
Occupying most of the district area is the Ba Vi mountain which runs across the south. The existence of the mountain creates the unique feature of the topography, geology and climate here. With such diversified and rich terrain, a complex of mountains, forests, waterfalls, streams, valleys and lakes have been formed. Nature has favored Ba Vi district with many scenic spots and resorts such as: Ba Vi National Park; Ao Vua; Thien Son – Suoi Nga and other tourist areas… All have created a rare poetic and charming landscape of Ba Vi mountainous region by which visitors have been deeply impressed.
Building the image of Ba Vi as a safe and attractive tourism destination for domestic and foreign tourists.
In order to promote the existing values in the locality, gradually making Ba Vi become an attractive destination of Hanoi, Ba Vi district has, over the past time, strengthened its dissemination work, introduction and promotion of tourism products, focused on accelerating the construction progress of transportation infrastructure, service, tourism and culture infrastructure. The district has coordinated with tourism units to embellish and upgrade tourism products and prepare the best conditions for building up the image of Ba Vi tourism area as a safe and attractive destination for domestic and international tourists.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee affirmed: Ba Vi is one of the active units which have actively taken solutions for tourism restoration and development. He also suggested that Ba Vi district to organize the planning, development and management of tourism areas in a methodical manner, promoting the potential of existing strengths to develop tourism products on the national scale. At the same time, it is necessary to build up green tourism models with its own characteristics and continuously research new tourism products.

During the opening session, apart from enjoying the scenery of Ba Vi mountains and forests, tourists may also immerse themselves in the “Muong – Dao Ba Vi fair”; “New Rice Festival” at Ban Coc tourism area, Minh Quang commune. Besides, there are cultural and spiritual tourism activities at Uncle Ho’s Temple, K9 Da Chong relic site; other activities such as visiting the Ha, Trung and Thuong Temples where Tan Vien Son saint has been worshipped, the resort at Thien Son – Suoi Nga, Tan Da Resort, Melia Resort; the Rose Garden at Paragon Resort. At the same time, after this series of events, in 2022, in Ba Vi district, there will be an event of the Agricultural Products Festival, the Balloon Festival associated with activities of enjoying and display Da Quy sunflowers at Ba Vi National Park…
