In the face of the strong transformation of contemporary Vietnamese fine art, the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum works quickly to select, collect, and preserve excellent worksenriches the diverse collections, rich, high value which has been formed along with the development history of the Museum.

The Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum’s contemporary fine art exhibition space has been adjusted and expanded on the basis of the contemporary fine art content contained in the museum’s previous regular display system.

65 pieces of fine art of diverse genres: painting, graphic, sculpture…, created between the 1980s to the present, are on display in the new exhibition space, providing the viewers with a comprehensive picture of contemporary Vietnamese Fine Arts. Viewers will be able to enjoy works that represent the message and breath of real life through the artists’ multifaceted viewpoints on the living environment and social life, so contributing to the education of a sense of responsibility. Each person’s responsibility in creating a safe, healthy living environment, towards sustainable development. In particular, this exhibit is being updated to the iMuseum VFA multimedia narration application to support live and online visitors.

The contemporary art exhibition space will be opened on the morning of February 25, 2022 at the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum, 66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hanoi.
