Pursuant to the Plan No. 241/KH-UBND of Hanoi People’s Committee on organizing Tet Holiday activities, celebrating a number of important holidays, historical events in 2019 and welcoming the New Year, Hanoi will carry out visual propaganda on some main roads, streets and central areas of the city by a cluster of fixed panels in the inner and the gateway to Hanoi; construction of model and symbol clusters in some traffic islands and large squares; decoration of banners along the main streets.
At the same time, Hanoi will decorate lighting systems on 10 central streets including: Trang Tien, Trang Thi, Hang Bai, Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung, Phan Chu Trinh, Ngo Quyen, Thanh Nien, Dien Bien Phu and Nguyen Thai Hoc; install archway on Vo Nguyen Giap street. In particular, Hanoi will organize painting and photo exhibitions, three mobile propaganda nights in Hanoi to celebrate the New Year 2019; the 89th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lunar New Year.
