The official dispatch clearly states that the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 15/CD-UBND dated July 18, 2021, by the Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic before developments. Divisions, departments and units develop and implement online working plans, ensuring to arrange no more than 50% of the number of cadres, civil servants and employees working directly at the agency or unit. The assignment plan must be specific to each cadre, civil servant and employee; clearly assigning working days of the week, ensuring that work is not slow, late or backlogged; send the report to the Deputy Director in charge and the Director of the Department.
Notify cadres, civil servants, employees in agencies and units to strictly follow the direction of the City, when working online from home, do not leave the house when there is no really necessary work, keep information communicate smoothly with the agency, ready to be present at the agency when requested by the head of the unit; at the same time strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures.
In addition, departments, divisions and units under the Department need to tighten measures to prevent and control the epidemic; strictly implement the 5k message; 100% of cadres, civil servants and employees must have their body temperature checked and wear masks when entering and leaving the office. Keep the distance between civil servants, public employees and workers at the collective kitchen as recommended. Strictly implementing the cadres and civil servants at the unit to leave the city must be approved by the Director of the Department.
Divisions, departments and units review work plans and schedules to adjust to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control; strengthen the application of information technology in processing and administering work. Stop the inspection, work at the facility (except for the case of fulfilling the City’s request for inspection of epidemic prevention and control), not holding meetings when not really necessary. All meetings, when organized, must be reported to and approved by the Director of the Department. Along with that, departments, departments and units under the Department must seriously implement the content of Official Letter 15, report the results to the Board of Directors, the Department’s Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control before 15:00 on Friday weekly. Make unscheduled reports when required or there is a pandemic situation at the unit.
