The summer mobile library model has created a useful, healthy and interesting playground for students and people in Phuc Tho district. It had contributed to encouraging the trend of reading books and newspapers in the community, schools and residential villages, forming people’s need for regular reading. Through reading to receive information, accumulate and improve knowledge, thereby helping readers improve life skills. The development of reading culture associated with raising people’s intellectual level and also facilitated for people to access information and knowledge easily, conveniently and equally, giving opportunities for people’s lifelong learning which is associated with economic and social development.
