On the morning of 17 April, the Centre of Culture, Information and Sports of Ha Dong district in coordination with Le quy Don High School held a theme talks on Viet Nam Books Day 21 April, in responding to the book-reading and world copyrights day 23 April 2017, which was titled “Books – the wings help us rise to success”.
Dr. Nguyen Le Minh, former Director of the Department of Labour and employments of the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfare shared with a large number of pupils on the importance of book readings, helping them understand books as a spiritual cultural product, intellectuality treasure which plays an extremely significant role as the great teacher who enlightens an endless source of knowledge in us. Books teach us how to live, to be a human, striving for humane values. Therefore, book reading has become an indispensible need for everyone.
Le Quy Don High School enthusiats for Viet Nam Books Day
Through the sharings, it has helped pupils get used to book reading habit, contribute to development of the reading culture in Viet Nam. On this occassion, the Centre of Culture, Information and Sports of Ha Dong district displayed useful bookds to introduce to Le Quy Don High School’s readership.
