Strictly control entry, have synchronous and effective solutions to control and prevent to strictly handle illegal entry; coordinate, manage and closely supervise workers, laborers and people returning from pandemic areas. Review and complete regulations, processes and guidelines to further improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the pandemic prevention and control.
