The document states: Currently, the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in Hanoi is still complicated. In the past few days, cases of infection have been recorded after returning from Da Nang city, continuing to infect and form complex outbreaks in some localities. In order to continue assessing the risk of the pandemic situation, the Hanoi Department of Health asked the Chairman of the People’s Committees of districts, towns to direct the review, management and testing of people who have been to Da Nang city before, as follows:

For those who have been to Da Nang city between May 1, 2021 and May 14, 2021 and have made a medical declaration on the electronic health declaration system at tokhaiyte.vn: Take samples for testing Covid-19 and ask them to self-isolate at home, monitor their health for full 21 days from the last day of arrival/stay in Da Nang city.

For those who have been to Da Nang city from May 1, 2021 until the pandemic situation is stable, but have not made medical declarations: It is necessary to review, make an additional list and ask them for self-isolation at home, monitor their health for full 21 days from the last day of arrival/stay in Da Nang city.

For all cases that have been to Da Nang city for less than 28 days, if they show symptoms of cough, fever, difficulty breathing or symptoms of Covid-19 infection, they must be immediately transferred to medical facilities for isolation and prompt treatment.

The Department of Health has assigned the Health Centers of districts, towns to coordinate with relevant local units to organize sampling and transfer samples to units assigned by the Department of Health for SARS-CoV-2 screening tests and they must make a daily report on implementation results to the City Center for Disease Control and Department of Health.
