The 2020 National Super Cup match between Viettel FC and Hanoi FC took place at Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi) on the afternoon of January 9. With the only goal of Viet Anh scored in the 74th minute, Hanoi won Viettel, thereby winning the National Super Cup 2020.
Accordingly, Hanoi has won 4 National Super Cup championships. Previously, the Capital team won the Cup 2010, 2018 and 2019. With 4 National Super Cup championships, Hanoi FC has reached the record of Binh Duong in 2007, 2008, 2014 and 2015.
Winning the 2020 National Super Cup will be a good stepping stone for the Capital team to enter the new season to win the V.League and AFC Cup 2021.
