Hanoi strives for 100% of city officials, civil servants and officials to participate in the Contest. Illustration
The contest is held in the form of an online exam on the website system at https://timhieuphaluatpccovid-19.hanoi.gov.vn/. Contestants are Vietnamese citizens aged full 12 years or older, currently living and working in the city (except for members of the Organizing Committee, the Jury, the Secretariat and other staff members directly involved in the contest organization). The contest starts on June 20, 2021 and ends at 12.00 pm on August 1, 2021.
For the contest implementation to be successful and effective, departments, agencies, mass organizations, city units, People’s Committees of districts, towns, based on the plan and rules of the contest, organize the launch of the contests at agencies, units and localities in an appropriate form, ensure measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic; propagandize and disseminate about the purpose and meaning of the contest, the rules, how to participate in the contest, the set of exam questions, reference materials to answer exam questions, etc. to officials, civil servants and employees, people of agencies, units and localities in various forms, suitable to actual conditions and ensuring measures for disease prevention and control.
In addition, mobilizing, encouraging, motivating and creating conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees and people of their agencies, units and localities to actively respond and participate in the exam. Striving for 100% of city officials, civil servants and public employees to participate in the contest; considering and assessing the sense of participating in the contest is one of the criteria to consider and evaluate cadres and civil servants monthly; also, combining the implementation of the contest with the communication of the legal provisions on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, regulations on penalties for administrative violations, and criminal penalties for law violations related to the Covid-19 pandemic; measures on disease prevention and control, communicating “5K” message issued by the Ministry of Health to cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees and people of agencies, units and localities.
The contest also aims to respond to Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (November 9) in Hanoi city in 2021.
