In order to effectively circulate books, every year, along with books purchased with allocated budget, books of the national target program, Hanoi Library promotes socialization, mobilizes publishers, organizations, and individuals to participate in building bookstores at the Library and the circulation warehouses.
Book circulation to the Reading Room of Thanh Vi village, Thanh My commune (Son Tay town)
In the process of circulating books to serve localities, the library staff always actively consult with readers and local people to select and add materials to the circulation warehouse accordingly. At the same time, they guide district libraries to circulate books to their facilities, thereby creating a diverse and rich source of materials to help form habits and arouse a passion for reading for each person.
Book circulation to the Reading Room in Cluster 3, Vong Xuyen Commune (Phuc Tho District)
In May 2022, Hanoi Library circulated 4,800 books to 24 places, which are reading rooms, private libraries, communal cultural post offices, primary and secondary schools in districts and towns. Books were circulated to 7 places in Phu Xuyen district (on May 12), 5 places in Son Tay town (on May 18), 6 places in Phuc Tho District (on May 24), 1 place in My Duc District, 3 places in Ung Hoa District , and two places in Chuong My District (on May 31) to serve 46,100 turns of readers. The total number of documents is 115,250.
