Besides, Hoan Kiem district needs to continue to promote more effectively the ancient cultural values of the Trang An people, historical sites, tangible and intangible cultural heritages in the area to promote more effectively the type of cultural tourism in the district; have preferential policies and mechanisms to create a favorable environment, attracting the attention of investors in the area, especially tourism and technology businesses, innovation centers and 4.0 science and technology application.
Hoan Kiem District continues to effectively implement 2 sets of the city’s Code of Conduct and must be one of the exemplary units, leading the implementation of 2 sets of the city’s Code of Conduct.
