670 cases related to the cluster of cases in Cua hang moi market, Dong Anh district were negative

From June 3 to now, Hanoi has recorded 15 new F0 cases, of which: 7 community cases, 8 cases in the isolation area. At the meeting, the Deputy Director of the Department of Health, Mr. Hoang Duc Hanh gave specific information about the group of cases in Dong Anh. Case 1 is female patient (BN8853), 45 years old, residing at group 17, Dong Anh town selling vegetables every day at Cua Hang Moi market. Regarding this group of cases, until June 10, Hanoi had 10 cases of F0.

To prevent the pandemic, the Department of Health and Dong Anh district have also expanded the sampling area to related areas such as Panasonic company in Bac Thang Long Industrial Park (73 people), Bac Thang Long Hospital (283 people) and 314 people associated with the Cua Hang Moi market, Cho To and other related locations (670 people in total). In addition to the above positive cases and 10 samples without results (5F1 of BN9521 and 5 samples at North Thang Long Hospital due to the recent transfer of samples to CDC), the rest were negative. It is expected, on June 10 and the following days, to continue to take samples for testing at relevant areas to assess the risk.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Health, Mr. Hoang Duc Hanh said: The city has issued plan No. 8711/KH-SYT dated June 8, 2021 on the receipt and use of COVID-19 vaccines for priority groups in the 3rd and 4th phase of Hanoi city in 2021, a total of 91,000 doses of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine issued by the Ministry of Health.

In the coming time, the city will continue to vaccinate 4 groups. Group 1: Priority subjects received 1 dose of vaccine and the interval between 2 injections is at least 8 weeks and is expected 54,193 subjects. Group 2: people working in health facilities (medical staff working in domestic and non-public health facilities who have not been vaccinated), expected: 11,266 subjects. Group 3 is the people involved in pandemic prevention such as: staff directly involved in serving at concentrated isolation areas established by the City People’s Committee who are receiving quarantined cases have not been vaccinated, expected 505 objects; Members of the City Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, the Health Sector – Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, the Steering Committees at all levels and branches; members of the community Covid team in 579 communes, wards and townships who have not been vaccinated, are expected 17,486 subjects. In this group, 550 reporters and newspapers under the City directly work in areas with high-risk exposures or contact with people with or suspected of having Covid-19 have also been vaccinated. Group 4 is the subjects at risk of infected Covid-19 (workers in industrial parks and export processing zones at units: Me Linh, Dong Anh, Soc Son), expected: 7,000 subjects.

Period of vaccination from June 8, 2021, is expected to be completed in July 2021.

The Director of the Department of Health, Ms. Tran Thi Nhi Ha said: The city has just received the latest guidance issued by the Ministry of Health and will conduct public and transparent vaccination to the right subjects and quickly and safely. In particular, under the direction of the Ministry of Health, in the near future, Hanoi will deploy the first injection for the people and the Department of Health will adjust the plan accordingly.

The city has prepared a plan to ensure the highest safety for the 10th -grade entrance exam

In particular, the identification of candidates as F0, F1, and F2 must be strictly implemented in accordance with regulations, ensuring fairness and transparency for the entrance exam.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the City People’s Committee, Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh assessed that two important tasks are to ensure safety against the Covid-19 pandemic and implement important political tasks and events, maintain and develop production to realize dual goals which have been well implemented by the City with “right”, “correct” and effective solutions.

Chairman of the City People’s Committee, Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh also shared that with such risk, the development of that pandemic will be difficult, double and triple challenges in case of happening in Hanoi. From the base, Hanoi’s forces have stretched themselves and shared with other provinces to prevent the danger from early and far. The City leaders are very proud of having such officials by their side, with a responsible community, not “short of breath” in any situation. We have full confidence ready for all works, especially the upcoming 10th-grade exam.

The Chairman of the City People’s Committee said: In the past few days, the Central Committee, the Prime Minister, the City Party Committee and the Secretary of the City Party Committee have directed and all units need to grasp with a resolute spirit not to let the pandemic spread. Since then, a roadmap has been considered for easing some essential activities, minimizing the impact of the pandemic, ensuring social security, people’s lives, socio-economic development, etc. The Chairman of the City People’s Committee stated: The direction is adequate, the implementation is smooth, with many creative measures at the grassroots, but must absolutely avoid being subjective when the City is evaluated as typical in the implementation of the guidelines and direction by the Prime Minister and the Government.

Regarding the absolute safety of the upcoming 10th-grade entrance exam, the Chairman of the City People’s Committee, Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh requested: All units must be on duty 24/24/7, always ready to activate all tracing and zoning measures in accordance with the mottos and principles set out by the City, but the localities still have to ensure the highest level of initiative.

The Chairman of the City People’s Committee affirmed: Up to now, working for the 10th-grade exam has been carried out on schedule and according to the plan to the grassroots level. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee held several meetings to direct to ensure the absolute safety of the 10th-grade entrance exam. The inspection teams of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee will continue to inspect and complete the plans.

Sharing with parents and candidates, the Chairman of the City People’s Committee emphasized: All jobs have been carefully prepared by all levels and branches of the City, even every small thing such as picking up children to ensure the highest safety for candidates, parents and forces organizing the exam.

Regarding the pandemic situation, according to the Chairman of the City People’s Committee, Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh said that industrial and export processing zones are still places with high-risk of the pandemic. Business owners must grasp information on 100% of human resource and workers, and work closely with local authorities to understand workers’ movements.

The Chairman of the City People’s Committee, Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh also reiterated the requirement to ensure absolute safety for medical facilities and medical examination and treatment. From the good practice at the grassroots, the Chairman of the City People’s Committee affirmed that the pandemic prevention’s motto is “5k + vaccine”. Right after the 10th-grade exam, the city will develop and deploy vaccination as planned. Currently, Hanoi has contacted and actively sought vaccine sources to serve the Capital people.
