Accordingly, implementing Official Dispatch No. 18/CD-UBND dated August 6, 2021, by the Chairman of the City People’s Committee on continuing to implement social distancing until 06:00 on August 23, 2021, in the city to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Culture and Sports requested the heads of departments, divisions and units to strictly grasp all contents of Official Dispatch No. 18/CD-UBND dated August 6, 2021, by the Chairman of the City People’s Committee on continuing to implement social distancing in the city to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic; raise awareness and responsibility of each cadre, civil servant, and employee in fulfilling the requirements of the City Party Committee and the City People’s Committee on social distancing, at the same time, require to continue to strictly implement pandemic prevention measures according to Directive No. 17/CT-UBND dated July 23, 2021, by the Chairman of the City People’s Committee.

Departments, divisions and units directly under the Department seriously arrange cadres and civil servants to work online from home; only those who are allowed according to the work requirements and assigned by the Department’s leaders will come to the agency.

Thoroughly understand to cadres, civil servants, employees in agencies and units to strictly follow the direction of the City not to leave the house when there is no really necessary work, to make daily medical declarations.

Chiefs of Offices, heads of units shall only issue travel permits for cases where cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees perform necessary and urgent tasks at the request of the Director of the Department, the head. Cadres and civil servants who are granted travel permits must ensure to comply with the requirements of the tasks stated in the paper, strictly forbidden to take advantage of them to do personal things, take responsibility before the heads of the units and the Department’s Board of Directors if they violation occurred. At the same time, the heads of departments, divisions and units are fully responsible for directing the implementation of pandemic prevention and control tasks at the unit, especially the task of implementing Official Dispatch 18 on social distancing on COVID-19 prevention and control.
