Carrying out the campaign “The capital’s women behave nicely”, in association with the implementation of the 2 Codes of Conduct of Hanoi city and the Campaign to practice the moral qualities of Vietnamese women “Confidence, self-respect, faithfulness, resourcefulness” launched by the Hanoi Women’s Union, in order to build a civilized and elegant lifestyle for the young generation, on June 3, 2022, the Women’s Union of Thanh Xuan district in collaboration with Thanh Xuan District Youth Union and the School Board of Khuong Dinh High School (Kuong Dinh ward) organized the communication conference on conduct of behavior for female students at Khuong Dinh High School. 120 female students from Khuong Dinh High School attended the conference. PhD, Deputy Director of the Center for Vietnamese Culture and Life Skills Nguyen Van Thanh worked as a reporter for the program.
At the conference, reporter Nguyen Van Thanh passed on the conduct of behavior in the school – the behavior of students to the female students attending. Conduct of behavior in schools includes polite speech, proper gestures and polite attitude. School is not only a place to train and impart knowledge to students, but also a place to educate human personality. That personality is expressed externally, through behaviors, words, culture of behavior, etc. Without the beauty of behavior, it will not be possible to perfect the values of human knowledge for younger generation.
The standard behavior of students is reflected in the beauty of their behavior and words to teachers, family, friends and the surrounding people, in dresses when going to school that must be appropriate, clean and beautiful, in speech that must be polite and gentle, not only to teachers but also to friends, not to speak swear words, etc. Besides, the behavior of students is also expressed in their family, in the society, through the way of speaking and dealing with relatives; in the society, when going on the road, students must obey traffic laws. Thereby their behavior are more and more beautiful, showing the elegant and civilized features of women in particular, Hanoians in general.
Reporter Nguyen Van Thanh also communicated to the students about the uncultured behavior of some students towards their parents, teachers, and friends, causing public concern and frustration, so that they could understand the meaning and importance of cultural behavior.
At the conference, high school girls together practiced movements to express their skills in dealing with people next to them, etc./.
