At the inspection sites, the leaders of the delegations, together with members of the delegation, conducted a physical inspection at the commune People’s Committee and the Schools and Health Stations of the commune. At the same time, the delegations heard reports on the construction of “Commune meeting new rural cultural standards” and “Cultural standard units”. The inspection team recognized the efforts of the People’s Committees of communes, towns and units over the past time to stick to the standards to implement and achieve high results; at the same time point out the shortcomings and limitations and discuss, exchange and supplement the contents of the report.
Indeed, the new rural aspect at commune, town, and unit People’s Committees is constantly bright – green – clean – lovely. The development and execution of a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals has resulted in good improvements, with the state of opulent feasting and complicated funeral arrangements gradually being phased out. Mutual initiatives to assist each other in developing the household economy are encouraged, gradually contributing to the decrease of poverty in the community. Political stability, social order, and safety are all guaranteed. Propaganda of the Party’s principles and lines, as well as policies and laws of the State, is used on a daily basis, contributing to a greater sense of law observance among the people. The political structure is continually being strengthened from commune to village, and the quality of mass organization activities is being improved. ..
According to the test results, four communes, towns, and thirteen agencies and units scored 90 points or higher, making them eligible to be submitted to the People’s Committee of Ung Hoa District for consideration to recognize “Cultural standard units” and “Communes meeting new rural cultural standards” in the 2021-2022 period.
