Accordingly, the prevention and control of Covid-19 have been carried out by the district in many forms: the whole district has distributed over 5,000 leaflets to people, universities and colleges; more than 2,927 posters about pandemic prevention; posted 316 banners, slogans, 97 posters, 61 communication articles on the portal, etc. 13/13 wards organized communication on pandemic prevention through the loudspeaker system 3 times a day. Communicating and mobilizing people to install Bluezone software; as of April 1, 2021, in the district, there are 160,024 of 387,588 smart phones with software installed, reaching the rate of 41.29% – the highest in the city. Information, communication, visual promotion, arts and sports activities are organized extensively, practically and effectively. In particular, the district has directed to suspend and well manage festivals, religious and belief establishments, street eateries, sidewalk iced tea, coffee shops, karaoke business, internet, etc. and ensured the conditions for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic when operating again under the direction of the City People’s Committee.
In addition, the district continues to guide and communicate the criteria for building a cultural family, a cultural residential group, and a ward to meet urban civilization standards, and to practice a civilized lifestyle at weddings and funerals; as of March 15, 2021, the whole district had 268 of 278 weddings in accordance with the law on marriage and family, reaching 96.4%; 159 of 166 funerals comply with regulations, reaching 95.8%; 143 of 166 people who died were cremated, reaching the rate of 85.3%. Actively communicate and mobilize people to practice a civilized lifestyle in marriage and mourning to ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic.
