The festival aims to propagate widely so that officials and people of the Capital are aware of the purpose, meaning and importance of the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 term to elect worthy delegates to represent the will, aspirations and mastery of the people. Through the Festival, it is to create opportunities for the Mobile Propaganda Teams to exchange expertise and accumulate experience to improve the quality of activities in service of information and propaganda in the localities. Each Propaganda Team has 30 minutes to show their talents in two parts. Part I: Singing – Dance – Music includes themed songs combined with visual and oral propaganda by propagandists. Part II: Propaganda drama (duration no more than 15 minutes).

The 14th Hanoi City Mobile Propaganda Festival 2021 will be held at 7 locations in the city with the participation of 30 Mobile Propaganda Teams from districts, towns and cities. On opening night, Area 1 includes 4 mobile propaganda teams of Hoan Kiem, Nam Tu Liem, Phuc Tho and Son Tay districts with the participation of more than 100 actors and propagandists. Each Propaganda Team has 30 minutes to show their talents in two parts. Part I: Propaganda Singing – Dance – Music program includes: Thematic songs combined with visual and oral propaganda forms of the propagandists are integrated between the cultural performances. Part II: Propaganda drama (duration no more than 15 minutes).

The Mobile Propaganda Teams briefly introduced the outstanding features and achievements in the socio-economic development of the locality, especially the implementation of tasks serving the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in the area. A lot of information about the election has been incorporated in cultural performances and propaganda skits to raise the voters’ awareness and sense of responsibility for the great national festival. All units have invested in the program to attend the Festival, creating attractiveness and attracting the audience.
In the festival area, there are also display activities and exhibitions introducing many precious documents images about President Ho Chi Minh with election, about the General Election from 1946 to present…which improve the effectiveness of election propaganda.
