The movement implementation aimed at mobilizing the entire people in the district to raise their awareness and responsibility to participate in environmental protection, build landscapes, decorate village roads and alleys, ensure the villages and residential groups bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe. On March 17, 2022, People’s Committee of Ba Vi District issued Plan No. 149/KH-UBND on launching the emulation movement and organizing the contest “Preserving villages and residential groups bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe”. Accordingly, from the beginning of April 2022 up to now, communes and towns in the district have simultaneously implemented according to the guiding documents and instructions of the Organizing Committee of the Competition such as issuing resolutions and plans, establishing a Steering Committee, Organizing Committee, and Scoring Team as well as deploying all contents under the 5 contest criteria to the villages in the area.

Communes and towns in Ba Vi district have motivated propaganda, mobilizing people to change their habits and ways of thinking, organizing general environmental sanitation in villages and alleys on weekly Saturdays or Sundays; clearing bushes, roadside weeds, planting flowers, planting trees in public areas, focusing on cleaning, garbage collection, building blooming roads, painting murals, transporting mobilized people from all walks of life, people far from home to support with money and material contributions to respond to the movement…
Typically, such as the communes of Tan Hong, Son Da, Phu Phuong, Van Hoa, Tan Linh, Minh Quang, Phong Van, Co Do, Cam Thuong… However, besides many localities have focused on directing and implementing well movement, there are still a number of units that have only implemented in the promulgation of documents or held conferences but have not focused on directing the implementation by specific actions.

In order for the movement to be spread, maintained regularly, and really effective, the People’s Committee of Ba Vi District has directed localities to promote propaganda in many forms such as: propaganda on the radio system, through direct conferences, mobile propaganda to alleys and hamlets, hanging banners, propaganda slogans, etc., in order to gradually change people’s habits and thinking about the necessity of villages and residential groups bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe. Based on the characteristics and actual situation of the locality and the evaluation criteria under the guidance of the Organizing Committee of the Contest “Preserving villages and residential groups bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe” on district, communes and townships to carry out specific inspections and surveys and come up with appropriate solutions, mobilizing all classes of people to join in, taking the people as the subject of the movement.
