In 2022, Phuc Tho district has set and determined to complete basic targets such as: 88% of families are recognized and maintained the title of “Cultural family”; 76% of villages are recognized and hold the title of “Cultural Village”; 83.3% of residential groups are recognized and maintain the title of “Cultural Population Group”; 86% of agencies and units , the enterprise was recognized and maintained the title of “Organization, unit, enterprise meeting cultural standards”; 100% of communes and towns implemented the registration for recognition of the title of “Town achieving the cultural standards” and “Communes achieving new rural cultural standards”.

The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” organized by Phuc Tho district must be implemented in many forms via practical and effective, suitable methods according to the specific requirement; integrated with local socio-economic development contents and tasks. The district applied the movement content with the program “Building a new countryside”, the campaign “All people unite to build a new countryside and a civilized city”, the campaign 3 clean “Clean water – Clean environment – Clean agriculture” and other local movements. The Steering Committees from districts to communes and towns strengthen inspection and supervision work and coordinate closely with standing agencies of District Steering Committee during implementation process; improve the quality of cultural models; concretize the criteria of the elegant and civilized Phuc Tho people into regulations, conventions, and internal rules that create drastic changes in people’s lifestyle, behavior and communication. Advise on the development and issuance of a plan to improve the quality and effectiveness of cultural and sports institutions in the district. Organize to introduce and promote the image, people, places, and typical products of Phuc Tho.
