This is an important event aimed at celebrating 67th Anniversary of the Capital liberation Day (10 October,1954-10 October, 2021). Due to the pandemic Covid-19, the event was organized offline plus online connecting more than 70 points in the entire city. On hand at Ha Noi’s end was politburo member, State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc. On this occassion, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, politburo member; Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue sent buckets of flowers in congratulation of the National Salvation Youth Union of Hoang Dieu Citadel for obtaining the title “People’s Armed Force Hero”. The delegates on the part of Ha Noi city were Politburo member, Municipal Party General Secretary Dinh Tien Dung; General Nguyen Quyet, former Central Party Committee Secretary, former Vice Chairman of the State Council, Former Municipal Party General Secretary; Central Party Committee member, Municipal Party General Deputy Secretary, Chairman of Ha Noi People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh, head of the Municipal Emulation and Commendment Council; Central Party Committee member, Municipal Party Standing General Deputy Secretary Nguyen Thi Tuyen; Former Central Party Committee member and Municipal Party Standing General Deputy Secretary Ngo Thi Thanh Hang; and others.

Acknowledging the efforts made by Ha Noi in the fight against Covid-19 pandemic, State President and Prime Minister have praised 7 collectives, 13 individuals and awarded posthumously 1 individual for having outstanding achievement; Ha Noi has also presented cirtificates of commendment to 604 collectives and 994 individuals.
Also at the ceremony, Politburo member, Municipal Party General Secretary Dinh Tien Dung – Head of Ha Noi Municipal National Assembly Deputies honourably gave the third tier Order of Labour to Vingroup. At the same time, he presented the Prime Minister’s cirtificates of commendment to both collectives and individuals these are the Infectious Department of the North Thang Long Hospital; the Micro-Biological Department of Thanh Nhan Hospital; the Infectious Disease Prevention and Protection Department of CDC Ha Noi; Mr. Ho Quoc Tri’s family, ex Party Cell’s secretary of No. 9 resident zone, Van Chuong, Dong Da district; Mr. Khong Minh Tuan, Deputy of CDC Ha Noi; Mr. Khuat Van Son, Director of the Medial Centre of Thanh Tri district; Ms Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Director of South Tu Liem District Medical Centre; Mr. Dao Thien Tien, Director of Ha Dong District Polyclinic Hospital. It was also at the function, Politburo member, Municipal Party General Secretary Dinh Tien Dung and Ha Noi People’ Committee presented honourably the title “the Capital’ Outstanding Citizen” in 2021 to 9 individuals; and 9 others were awarded the title “Good people do good things” in 2021.
