In addition, this is an opportunity for the municipal and provincial delegations to evaluate their abilities and prepare carefully for the biggest domestic tournament of the year, which is the ninth National Sports Festival.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung in charge of Weightlifting, General Department of Sports said that compared to previous seasons, in this tournament, there was not much change in the number of participated delegations, but the delegations confidently brought many young athletes to compete in almost weight classes. This showed that training in weightlifting for young athletes of all delegations is making good progress and following the development direction of the sport industry.
