After 4 days of competition, on the afternoon of July 30, the 2022 National Championships of Gymnastic for Youth and all Age Groups ended, with the first place belonging to the Hanoi sport delegation, for winning a total of 75 medals of all kinds (34 gold medals, 19 silver medals, 22 bronze medals). The second place was Ho Chi Minh City with 22 gold medals, 10 silver medals, 23 bronze medals, the host team – Can Tho finished third with 16 gold medals, 14 silver medals and 16 bronze medals. Next on the chart was the Army delegation with 11 gold medals, 4 silver medals, 16 bronze medals and the Hai Phong delegation with 10 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 13 bronze medals.
The 2022 National Championships of Gymnastic for Youth and all Age Groups was held in Can Tho for the first time.
The 2022 National Championships of Gymnastics for Youth and all Age Groups was organized by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation in collaboration with Can Tho City, took place from July 25th to 31st. This was the first time Can Tho City hosted the tournament.

There were more than 120 coaches – athletes from 5 units of provinces, cities and sectors throughout the country attended this year’s tournament, including: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Army and Can Tho. Athletes competed in 14 sets of men’s and women’s medals of the youth championship and 55 sets of medals.
From July 24th to 27th, the qualifying round for the men’s and women’s championships for youth had taken place. On July 28th, the tournament officially opened. From July 28th to 31st, the men’s and women’s team of the youth category competed in the final game; there were also the final games of the individual all-around male and female of the youth category; of female U12; of men’s and women’s junior singles; of male U15 and U13; of female U10; of male U11, U9, and U7; of ưomen’s U8 and U16
The 2022 National Championships of Gymnastics for Youth and all Age Groups was a tournament belonging to the annual high-achievement sports tournament system of the General Department of Sports and Physical Training. It aims to promote the training of young athletes in gymnastics nationwide; facilitating young athletes to compete, exchange, and improve their professional skills. Thereby, promising young athletes could be evaluated and selected for the national youth team to attend international tournaments.
